How to Pay for Your Reservation

Upon booking, our system will send you a confirmation email with payment instructions. You must settle your payment before the due date using one of the following methods:

1. Online Card Payment

  • Pay via ATM card, debit card, or international credit card.
  • A secure and convenient option powered by our Booking Engine provider.
  • When redirected to the payment gateway, follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
  • If the booking system is not connected to the payment gateway, we will send you a payment link via email.

Important: Failure to pay by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

2. Offline Card Payment (Credit Card Authorization)

  • If online payment is unavailable, we will send you a credit card authorization form via email. Please complete the form, sign it, and return it with:
    • A copy of the front and back of your credit card
    • A copy of your ID or passport
  • We will charge the card on the due date. Please bring the same card and present it at check-in for verification. If you cannot, payment must be made using another card or cash. We will refund the original card, which may take 21–30 business days depending on the bank.
  • If you prefer not to complete the charge, inform us in advance, and we will authorize (pre‑authorize) a hold equivalent to the booking amount instead.
  • The cardholder must be the guest staying at the resort.
  • No refund will be issued for no-shows.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking if information is incomplete or if you fail to respond before the payment deadline.

3. Bank Transfer (Non‑Card Payment)

  • If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will email you our bank account details.
  • Please transfer the exact booking amount and include in the reference: your full name, phone number, booking confirmation number, and a note indicating it’s for resort reservation.
  • We will confirm your payment by email.
  • Payments must arrive before the due date. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Payment Security & Confidentiality

  • We do not store any credit card or bank account details on our website. Payment processing is handled through a licensed, secure third-party payment gateway in Vietnam.
  • Our payment standards fully comply with the gateway provider's security protocols.
