1. Booking Instructions

After reviewing the room information provided on our website, you may choose one of the following options to make a reservation:

• Option 1: Call the hotel directly via the provided phone number for faster consultation and accurate room availability updates.
• Option 2: Book directly through the hotel's official website www.mercuryphuquoc.vn
• Option 3: Visit our official Fanpage via the social media icons located at the bottom of the website for booking support.

2. Check-in & Check-out Time

• Check-in: From 15:00 (early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge).
• Check-out: Before 12:00

3. Regulations regarding the Money Temporary Hold

For your convenience during the stay, guests are kindly requested to provide a deposit of USD 100 (or VND 2,000,000) upon check-in.

This amount will be fully refunded at check-out after deducting any services used at the resort.

Note: Additional services not included in the room booking will be charged according to the hotel's policy.

4. Child Policy

• Children under 6 years old: Complimentary breakfast and sharing existing bed with parents. Maximum 2 children per room. Sharing existing bed with parents.
• Children from 6 to 11 years old: Breakfast surcharge applies (fee may vary depending on period). Sharing existing bed with parents.
• Children from 12 years old and above: Charged as adults.
• An extra bed is required for children aged 12 and above, or a third adult (extra bed rate includes breakfast)
