• Option 3: Visit our official Fanpage via the social media icons located at the bottom of the website for booking support.

2. Check-in & Check-out Time

• Check-in: From 15:00 (early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge).
• Check-out: Before 12:00

3. Regulations regarding the Money Temporary Hold

For your convenience during the stay, guests are kindly requested to provide a deposit of USD 100 (or VND 2,000,000) upon check-in.

This amount will be fully refunded at check-out after deducting any services used at the resort.

Note: Additional services not included in the room booking will be charged according to the hotel's policy.
